However, since our products are consumable and personal in nature, we do not entertain returns under any circumstances. Refunds will be considered only in the rare case of a damaged product.
1. Refund Eligibility

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim a refund, it is mandatory to share a clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package.

The video must show the parcel in its original, sealed condition and capture the entire opening process.

Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Refund Process
If your claim meets the above conditions:

Once verified and approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

Customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled.

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
