Shrida Naturals – Shipping Policy

At Shrida Naturals, every order is prepared with care so your ritual products reach you in perfect condition.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Timelines

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Typically delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance. Estimated timelines will be displayed at checkout.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as courier backlogs, weather conditions, or customs inspections.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/volume.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a certain cart value (as specified on-site).


4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

  • You can use this tracking link to monitor the delivery progress in real time.


5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the address provided.

  • If unsuccessful, you may be contacted by the courier for rescheduling or pickup.

  • Orders marked as undeliverable due to incorrect addresses or repeated failed attempts may be returned to us.


6. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
